Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase of prospect data from AB Digital Business Data, a product of Armer Bramlett LLC.

Product

We sell researched outbound business prospect data. These are outbound prospects. The businesses have not requested website services, asked to be contacted, or indicated they are shopping. We make no guarantee that any prospect will respond, purchase, or convert.

License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased data for your own internal outbound sales efforts. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the data.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Square. Your order is confirmed once Square verifies successful payment. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered within one business day. Delivery is made by email to the address provided at checkout.

Replacements & refunds

See our Replacement Policy. Completed orders are generally non-refundable; eligible issues are addressed through replacement records.

Marketing consent

Marketing email consent is separate from your purchase and is entirely optional. Transactional emails related to your order are sent regardless of marketing consent.
