What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, company, email, and phone number, along with your order and payment details. Payment is processed by Square; we do not store your card information.

How we use it

To process and fulfill your order
To send transactional emails about your order
To send marketing emails — only if you explicitly opt in
To maintain a customer record for support and order history

Marketing consent

Marketing email consent is separate from your purchase. We will only send you marketing emails if you opt in and have not unsubscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Phone numbers

Your phone number is used for customer records, order records, and customer support. We do not automatically enroll phone numbers in SMS marketing.

Data protection

Customer data is private. We do not publicly expose names, companies, emails, phone numbers, order history, marketing preferences, payment identifiers, or uploaded prospect files.
